These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided, including Clinical Hypnotherapy, Akashic Record Readings, Sacred Energy Healing, 1:1 Mentorship, Recorded meditations and courses, (collectively referred to as “services”).
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any session, you (“the client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered are complementary, holistic, and spiritual in nature.
They are intended to promote relaxation, self-awareness, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health counseling, legal advice, or financial guidance.

You understand that:

• Practitioners are not licensed medical doctors, psychologists, or psychotherapists.

• No diagnosis, medical treatment, or prescription is offered.

• You are responsible for your own health, decisions, and well-being at all times.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency service immediately.

2. Eligibility & Client Responsibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to book or participate in any service, unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

By booking a session, you affirm that:

• You are participating voluntarily and are of sound mind to do so.

• You have disclosed any relevant medical, psychological, or psychiatric conditions.

• You understand that these services are for personal and spiritual development only.

• You take full responsibility for any outcomes, interpretations, or decisions you make following your session.

The practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if, in their professional judgment, it appears the session is not appropriate, safe, or effective for the client at that time.

3. Confidentiality

All personal information and session details are treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with privacy laws.
Information will only be shared if required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court order).

Recordings or written summaries of sessions will not be shared without your explicit written consent.

4. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or no-shows, may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

• Due to the energetic and time-based nature of the work before, during and after sessions, refunds are not provided.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session at our discretion; in such cases, you will be offered an alternative appointment or full refund.

5. Results & Guarantees

Every session and outcome is unique.
We make no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding the results of any service.
You acknowledge that your experience depends on your personal readiness, openness, and willingness to engage in your own growth process.

6. Liability Waiver

By booking and participating in any session, you agree to:

• Release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Quantum Hypnotherapist, the practitioner(s), and any affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation.

• Acknowledge that the practitioner makes no medical or outcome-based claims.

• Assume full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after the session.

This release applies to any and all future sessions unless revoked in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All written materials, meditations, recordings, and digital resources shared during sessions or through our website are protected by copyright.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without written permission from [Your Business Name].

8. Media Consent

You may be asked to provide separate written or electronic consent for your testimonials, photos, or video content to be used for educational or promotional purposes.
No media will be used without your explicit consent.

9. Online & Virtual Sessions

By participating in online or virtual sessions, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for ensuring privacy and a stable internet connection on your end.

• You consent to communicate electronically, understanding that absolute confidentiality over digital platforms cannot be guaranteed.

• You will not record, reproduce, or share session content without written consent from the practitioner.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province or state in which The Quantum Hypnotherapist operates, and any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your experience.
