The 4 Week Subconscious Shift: How it works
In 4 weeks, we will clear away the mental "clutter" holding you back so you can finally feel calm, confident, and ready to reach your biggest goals with ease. Each week you will experience a 60-90min hypnosis journey specific to your goals. In between sessions you will receive ongoing support from Bree, to assist you through this journey of deep clearing and subconscious realignment with the desired version of you.

Format: 90-Minute Exploratory & Initial Induction
Focus:We move beyond the story of the problem to find the subconscious mechanics. We define the gap between where you are and where you want to be, then initiate the first layer of deep relaxation to prepare the mind for rewrite.
Purpose: To understand your specific issue and prepare the mind for further subconscious changes.
Benefit: Feel a massive relief by decoding issues and experiencing the first shift in your internal state.

Format: 60 Minute Core-Release
The Focus: Clearing the Root. We explore moments the subconscious adopted this pattern as a protective mechanism. We work to neutralize the emotional charge attached to the past which is affecting the present.
Purpose: To get to the root so the surface-level symptoms have no foundation left to stand on.
Benefit: Clients often report feeling "lighter" or that the problem suddenly feels "distant" or irrelevant rather than overwhelming.

Format: 60-Minute Reprogramming & Installation
The Focus: Building the New Identity. Now that the space is cleared, we fill it with the desired beliefs, reactions, and behaviors. We focus on "Neuro-Reframing"—teaching the brain a new, more efficient way to respond to old triggers.
Purpose: To solidify the new way of thinking and ensure the conscious and subconscious minds are finally pulling in the same direction.
Benefit: Automatic Response. Clients begin to notice they are "naturally" choosing the new behavior without having to use willpower or force. Building upon prior weeks transformations.

Format: 60-Minute Future-Pacing & Solidification
Focus: Locking in the Results. We solidify the change and give you the tools to maintain this state independently.
Purpose: To bridge the work done in the 4 week transformation, into your everyday life.
Benefit: Ending the program, not just with a problem solved, but with a sense of mastery over your own mind and a clear path forward.

Format: 2 x 60-Minute Advanced Integration Sessions
Week 5: The Expansion Session
Focus: Broadening the Impact. We take the breakthrough achieved in the first 4 weeks and apply that same "new code" to other areas of your life (e.g., if we solved a work block, we now apply that confidence to your health or relationships).
Purpose: To teach the mind that success in one area is permission for success in all areas.
Benefit: Holistic Transformation. Realizing your primary issue was just the tip of the iceberg, and begin seeing positive "side effects" in parts of your life you didn't even realize were connected.
Week 6: The Architect Session
The Focus: High-Performance Future-Pacing. We move beyond healing and into creation. We use deep-state visualization to architect your next 6–12 months, installing a "North Star" goal into the subconscious.
Purpose: To transition from "recovery" to "proactive mastery." This session acts as a seal on the work, closing out the journey with a roadmap you are subconsciously driven to follow.
Benefit: Self-Governance. Close out the 6 weeks feeling like the literal architect of your future. Your momentum is now fueled by your subconscious superpower.

To truly shift months or years of a behaviour/belief/thought pattern, in 1 × 60 min session would not be realistic. However clients do see transformative shifts after 4-6 sessions (see testimonials!)
Progress is cumulative - just as physical fitness develops over time, so does mental and emotional transformation.

What to expect during a hypnotherapy session:
For virtual sessions, clients will experience their session wherever they choose, as long as it’s a comfortable, quiet space, free of distractions
For in person sessions (Burnaby, BC) clients will experience their session in a comfortable office in a quiet space, free of distractions
Session format:
Brief chat (discuss what you’d like to work on or revisit the client plan provided by Bree for follow up sessions)
A deeply relaxing guided session, similar to a meditation, specifically tailored to the client’s needs and their goals
Brief session recap, clients leave feeling relaxed, lighter, and energized
Length: 60-90 min session each week

Hypnotherapy myths:
Myth: “Hypnosis is mind control.” Fact: The client is always in control. Hypnotherapists are simply making suggestions that the client can accept or reject.
Myth: “Hypnosis is dangerous.” Fact: Hypnosis is completely safe and is a natural state of being. Day dreaming, driving your car and forgetting how you got there, or watching a tv show and feeling your heart beat faster or your palms starting to sweat - these are all forms of hypnosis and are safe, natural and part of everyday life!
Myth: “What if I get stuck in hypnosis?” Fact: there is no way to get stuck in hypnosis. If you go into a deep state of hypnosis you will either simply wake up, or fall asleep into a light nap and wake up.
Myth: “Hypnosis is like sleeping.” Fact: During hypnosis you’re not sleeping, rather you’re deeply relaxed and aware.
Did you know?
Anyone can call themselves a hypnotherapist or hypnotist. Ensure that whomever you choose, is accredited and registered with a recognized Canadian association. Bree is a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist who completed an extensive 11 month training program, including 120+ hours of in person training with the Canadian Academy of Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2025, and has been a practicing Akashic Records Reader & Energy Healer since 2022. In addition Bree comes from a long ancestral lineage of alternative healers.
Prior to becoming a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Bree worked in the corporate world for over 10 years as a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant). She brings her professionalism, attention to meticulous detail, and understanding for those seeking emotional regulation and inner balance.
